Asking a good question
When you start a new topic, it helps a lot if you include:
- What you were trying to do – e.g. “set up a monthly recurring invoice for a customer”
- What happened instead – the exact error message, or what looked wrong
- Where it happened – which screen or feature, and your browser/device if it seems relevant
- Screenshots – very welcome, but see the privacy note below
Keep your data private
This is a public forum. Please never post customer names, addresses, tax IDs, bank details, invoice amounts or anything from your account settings. Blur or crop screenshots before uploading. If an issue can only be solved by looking at your account, just say so and a staff member will follow up privately.

Missing something? Check Feature requests first. If your idea is already there, give it a 
so we know it matters to you too. Otherwise, start a new topic. Your suggestions shape what we build next.

If you know the answer to someone’s question, jump in, as many of our users run small businesses just like you. When a reply solves your problem in Questions or Bug reports, mark it as the solution so others can find it later.
